Why They Came to Us

At the outset of our relationship with Sacred Heart University in 1989, this was a modest, struggling commuter-college.  New administrative leadership ushered in a new vision, that of a prominent, contemporary, residential Catholic university.  We were approached to help evaluate Sacred Heart’s identity and it’s institutional capacity to deliver on a bolder, more aspirational brand promise. Thus began what today is a continuing, vibrant, success story – a 26-year partnership of building, sustaining, and growing a brand of distinctive Catholic higher education. 

 

Our Approach

Over the past quarter century, Keating has been involved in virtually every aspect of Sacred Heart's brand transformation. Beginning with our initial assessment in 1989, we quickly moved to support the school with a planning and admissions marketing program that has helped them realize their vision of expansion and institutional distinction. Today, our continued close working partnership across all levels of the University keeps us deeply connected with the unfolding Sacred Heart vision and story, one that we continue to celebrate and share with its many audiences.
