In 2005 Keating Associates will design, develop and produce several communications projects and marketing programs for academic clients, including Sacred Heart University, Saint Anselm College, St. Joseph's College (NY), The Wheeler School (Providence, RI), Convent of the Sacred Heart (Greenwich, CT), and the University of New Haven.Sacred Heart University
Keating Associates will continue its long and distinguished partnership with Sacred Heart University in 2005. This year Keating will design and deliver a host of new and ongoing marketing communications assignments and projects for SHU.
Admissions
Keating and SHU Admissions will conceive and produce an integrated array of enrollment marketing publications. Collaborating closely with Karen Gustelle (Director of Undergraduate Admissions) and Alexis Haakonsen (Director of Graduate Admissions), Keating will role-out several print and promotional materials including undergraduate and graduate department brochures, fact sheets, travel and college fair pieces, parents magazine, invitations and events materials, posters and identity systems.
2005 will be the 16th year that Keating Associates will produce enrollment publications for SHU.
Website
Following Sacred Heart University's successful launch of its Ireland Study Abroad website (http://shuireland.sacredheart.edu/), Keating Associates and Synthenet Corporation, its web developer partner, have been awarded a three-year contract to design and manage the University's website.
The SHU website engagement will entail a comprehensive marketing communications and design planning effort slated to involve virtually every University department and campus activity. The goal is to develop an integrated communications presence across Sacred Heart and provide site visitors with an encyclopedic information resource of the university. In addition, the site will include multimedia and interactive elements intended to drive admissions interest and consideration and enhance University recruitment and enrollment success.
Working closely with SHU and the University's web development team, the Keating Associates and Synthenet partnership have begun the design and development phases of the project and will launch the new SHU website in May 2005.
Saint Anselm College
For 20 years Keating Associates has conceived, designed and produced Admissions marketing communications for Saint Anselm College.
Over the years the Saint A's viewbook has presented a window into the remarkable world of the College and provided interested students and college audiences with a comprehensive introduction and rich platform of information, stories, and resources to discover the academic vitality and unique qualities of the Saint A's academic and residential community. Although many factors influence student applications and enrollment decisions, the success and effectiveness of the Saint Anselm's viewbook have contributed to the increasing number of student inquiries each year and the increased number of applications to the College.
In 2005 Keating Associates will update the Saint Anselm College Viewbook and extend its viability for an unprecedented 5th year. The current viewbook has not only generated significant results over its lifetime, but also industry acclaim and academic marketing recognition. The viewbook was the Gold Winner of the Case 2001 Publications Award in the College Viewbook category and has recently received a Gold Award in the 20th Annual Admissions Advertising Awards, sponsored by the Admissions Marketing Report.
St Joseph's College
2005 marks the 3rd year of Keating Associates' multi-faceted marketing partnership with St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn and Patchogue, New York.
Awarded the account in 2002 Keating's initial assignments were to design and produce admissions marketing materials and present a more unified identity and compelling brand image for SJC. Over time this effort has expanded to involve every facet of College marketing communications and has culminated in the implementation of an integrated marketing communications program for the College.
In 2005 Keating will develop and execute St Joseph's extensive advertising and promotional program, including media planning and buying, creative services (print, radio, outdoor advertising), website content, and various brand communications programs for SJC Admissions and departments (Patchogue and Brooklyn campuses).
The Wheeler School
Over a vigorous and extensive 15-year marketing partnership, The Wheeler School and Keating Associates have collaborated to produce a series of institutional and admissions publications describing the characteristics and benefits of this outstanding elementary and secondary school (K-12) located in Providence, Rhode Island.
In 2005 Keating will design and execute the 5th viewbook in the successful marketing partnership between Keating Associates and the Wheeler School.
Convent of the Sacred Heart School
In its fourth year as agency of record for Convent of the Sacred Heart School (CSH) in Greenwich, CT, Keating Associates will design and produce CSH's new viewbook for publication in summer 2005. Since 2001 Keating has developed 2 viewbooks, curriculum guides, department brochures, print advertising and promotional materials, and the school's institutional website.
Convent of the Sacred Heart is a Catholic, independent college preparatory School for young women from preschool through Grade 12.
University of New Haven
Keating Associates is producing the UNH Alumni Magazine in 2005. In addition, the agency continues to design and support UNH institutional branding and identity efforts, admissions and enrollment materials, e-mail marketing recruitment, and flash-based multimedia marketing programs.
